Had fairly nice experience, overall simple place.

It was a handy base for one night.

It was weekend and we would love to go back. Travelled with our daughter, spent 1 night here and had a nice stay.

Stayed over the weekend and loved the house we booked, it had a kitchen with an electric kettle, refrigerator, and toaster.

This place has a great location right in the middle of the city, plus it's only 3 km away from a road race track.

This was the perfect place for exploring the area, and we had a great time here.

We really enjoyed the place, ideal for what we needed, and the bar was pretty comfortable, so we can just recommend this venue and will be returning soon.

The rooms at Fern Lodge Preston are super cozy and relaxing! The beds are so comfy, and the bedding is always fresh and clean. It's like sleeping on a cloud! As someone who loves a good night's sleep, this place definitely hit the mark for me.

Personally, I found the single room with the private toilet and shower on the ground floor a bit cramped. But hey, that's just my opinion.
